Access to the service

By creating an account on Luxkern, you gain access to the tools and features included in your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

Pricing

The price you sign up at is locked forever. We will never increase the subscription cost for your account as long as your subscription remains active. New plans or pricing tiers may be introduced, but they will not affect existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Data export

Your data is yours. You can export all of your data at any time through the dashboard. We provide machine-readable formats so you are never locked in.

Service continuity

If we ever decide to shut down the service, we will provide at least 90 days of advance notice. During that period, you will be able to export all of your data and we will assist with migration where possible.
