How detection works
- Community signals — Every AIWatch proxy reports anonymized error rates.
- Threshold detection — When 15+ accounts report elevated errors simultaneously, Radar triggers.
- Verification — 5-minute confirmation window with double HTTP check before publishing.
- Notification — Slack/email alert with provider name, severity, and affected user count.
